This is a very rare vintage Pokemon Pin Badge from Japan. Really hard to find nowadays. These were released only in Japan in a very few quantity in 1996, three years before Pokemon Snap was even released for the Nintendo 64 in Asia (released in 2000 in America).
Shogakukan is a Japanese publisher of literature, comics, non-fiction, DVDs, and other media in Japan. Back in the day they also released a series of stamp that are valuable today, but nothing compares to these extremely hard to fin pins.
