It has 1 worn area on the fur around 1 inch on the left side on the bottom, not much visible, check the last picture. Lining is in O.K . condition , has 1 hardly noticeable small stain around 1 inch and tiny hole on the right bottom side near the personalization, check last pictures , also some small pulls on the lining are possible. Coat will be perfectly fits size S /M
