New and sealed. This was a demo disc for the PC version of Gurumin. It contains a demo movie and a "benchmark test" which allowed people to see if the game could run smoothly on their PC by having the disc display various maps/characters from the game. The discs were handed out for free at various events in PC stores.
I don't know if this disc will run on a modern PC.
