Custom handmade hand blown glass, 3-D mechanical hourglass with quartz sand charm/pendant/collectible 2.7 grams(some scales for weighing gold may vary between .1-.5 grams). Has been sterilized and refinished(has been redone and handblown over a slight crack due to its age still in working condition) to newer condition. Please view all photos for best description. Photos do no justice for how unique very rare and amazing this wonderful antique gem is in person. Lighting may cast shadows which cause imperfections that are not there in person. Last photo is a similar item and how much is sells on the Internet. Price and description are due to an appraisal done by an antique jeweler specialist. There are no receipts or paperwork due to keeping price reasonable. Gold has been tested several times also Hallmarked 14 K(slightly worn caused by refinishing).
